JALAP NEPAL has an experienced erection team, who have successfully erected and installed more than 100+ bridges, where 30+ bridges had been erected under JALAP NEPAL by the unit. All the unit members of the erection team are active and possess good teamwork. The erection team are facilitated with all the necessary/required resources and manpower for the proper, smooth and fast erection of bridges.
The process includes the following steps.
● Project Information
● Site investigation.
● Transportation of Sections to the site.
● Plot the layout as per the Typical Drawing of the structure.
● Design a proper Falsework for the Structure's erection process.
● Assemble maintaining lines and alignments with its directions and supervisions.
